This is a relatively complex (ongoing) customization project which evolves heavy modification to Qubes OS code. Usually it is not recommended for ordinary use. You may find some background information in this long thread on forum.
If you are new to Linux (or Qubes OS), I would highly recommend to use the unmodifed OS for a while before considering unstable patches.
