Hi, good evening… is anyone here playing windows-based games on qubes? I tried running it on wine but couldn’t because it can’t play with a virtual machine… I ran it without gpu passthrough and I tried playing growtopia… thanks

If the game has anti-cheat that doesn’t allow it to run in a VM it’s probably not going to work.

Using Lutris or Steam is the easiest way to run games on Qubes OS, they both work the same as they do on traditional Linux.
