After installing Qubes 4.2.3, I am unable to enable sys-net. The system shows the following error:
Qube sys-net has failed to start: Failed to start an HVM qube with PCI devices assigned - hardware does not support IOMMU/VT-d/AMD-Vi.
I have already enabled virtualization in the BIOS. My device is Lenovo T430, and the CPU is i7-3630QM.
I hope somebody who understands this problem can help me to answer how I should solve this problem

Did it work with a prior version? The wording suggests it.

No I have not installed the previous version on this device before

seems you also need VT-d instruction, and that there are some model of T430 that does not support this

I’m not sure if my motherboard supports virtualization, at least I tried to turn it on in the bios interface, but I’m not sure if it works. I have tried to use other means to check whether VT-D is enabled. What should I do if it is not enabled

I don’t think Qubes OS works without VT-d as it’s required to “move” devices to qubes like in sys-net or sys-usb. If you really need Qubes OS, consider acquiring hardware that is compatible with it.
