Remarks

Although it is a somewhat dated and under-performing laptop, it all works quite well. In meetings the webcam shot is not smooth but tolerable. The standalone windows 10 VM, on the other hand, is too slow for anything other than purely occasional use. The WiFi sometimes has a conflict with the suspend function (see here) but workaround is easy.
