Is it possible to develop a new Internet system just for Linux?
The Internet as far as I can tell is small and full of garbage these days and the dark web is not secure.

Next time, before posting in this category, check if Qubes is mentioned (it is not the case here), and if it was, check if you could remove it without changing the meaning of your question. If you’re still not sure, feel free to post anyway
