CPU fan running at maximum speed constantly

Qubes generates a lot of heat, so I’d like to keep the fan at its highest RPM. Could you please tell me on how to do this?

It’s not specific to Qubes OS, you can search how to do it for you hardware in Fedora and it should be the same in Qubes OS.

If you simply want the fan set to full speed the BIOS can control it directly without any operating system involvement. Check the BIOS documentation to where the fan speed options are located. Besides full speed some BIOS may offer a wide range of independent fan control options, based upon various temperature locations you can set (CPU, chipset, etc).
