It’s kinda actually a bug report but I dont have github account so posting here.
I am on 4.3-rc2 fully updated kernel 6.15 dom0 and kernel latest for VM.
While copying multiple files simultaneously between VMs few files fails to reach destination. This is risky as moving may lead to data loss.
And Few more different problems-
Kernel 6.16 is not booting up my laptop and Wifi still doesnt works on thinkpad t16 even after last patch though USB problem which used to kernel panic before that patch on removivg power supply is not there after that last month patch.
Audio devices can only be attached to sys-audio after disabling few devices in bios though it a hardware issue so not on devs.
Only wireguard VPN method is working in 4.3, OpenVPN method not working. ProtonVPN and Mullvad tried.
Windows audio not working with sys-audio.
I good point is that didn’t needed any tweak while installation but installation stopped at setting up networking and sys-net was not created I have to create it manually after.
No acpi tweaks needed for installation like 4.2

If you try copying them via the commandline (qvm-copy), do you get any error message?
soory I cannot check as finding these severe bugs lead me to switch back to 4.2.4 but I tested just yesterday with 4.3 and only used gui method of copying files. maybe if anyone with 4.3 can check try with atleast like 20 something files with different formats (like docx, pptx, pdf and gif or anything you have). I dont know if this occur with few files or not.
