Copy from Terminal to another VM?

Hello, is it possible to Copy from Terminal to another VM?

Since in a terminal you cant copy anything just with CTRL+C one step in the copay and paste move is missing.

Thanks

You do not say what terminal you are using. Most “advanced” provide a
Menu item under “Edit” to use, or you can configure to automatically copy
selection to clipboard.
In Xterm and the like you can configure to copy selections to clipboard.

I never presume to speak for the Qubes team.
When I comment in the Forum I speak for myself.

Its the xterm Terminal.

Would you mind to tell me how?

I dont see any wy on how to configure anything. I have the qube, in it i have xterm. Thats it.

Nice.
Please dont project your own obsession with CP on to other users.

Or are you referring to pasting into Terminal?

and you might need a text editor in the second Qube, receiving the Text.

In the Qube, in the list of Options.
Settings
Several Tabs over is a list of possible applications one can install.

Well, there are two cases:

  1. Copy (ctrl+shift+c) and paste (ctrl+shift+v) in the same App (e,g, Personal)
  2. Copy and paste between two Apps
  1. is simple, and a right click can give you a context menu, at least in the Xfce terminal. I can’t get 2) to work, and presumably that was OP’s question.

Yeah - asking for help and using language like that - it’s a whole new approach.

To copy from terminal, after selection I used to right click with the mouse and then select copy

Yeah wtf is wrong with that guy?
