Use a pluggable transport.

First check your timezone in dom0 by running this command in dom0 terminal:

timedatectl

Is it correct?
Is your RTC set in local timezone or in UTC? Check the “RTC in local TZ:” value in timedatectl output.
Do you use Windows alongside Qubes OS on this machine?

thanks for the answer, yes in utc moscow Russia mode

Yes, you can say that I use Windows, I use os qubes on an external hard drive, after restarting qubes, the time gets lost, and on Windows too

Rtc in local TZ: no

You need to configure Windows to store the time in RTC in UTC:

If you’ve got this output at 15:25 UTC then it seems like the time is stored in local time zone in BIOS by the Windows.

You can try to set the time in RTC to UTC like the guide suggested:

Or change the time in BIOS manually to the UTC value.

But you’ll need to apply Windows UTC fix first or your time will break again the next time you boot in Windows.

thanks it didn’t help, I’ll try to reinstall the system with the desired region, then I’ll unsubscribe, it worked or not

I reinstalled the system, the time became correct, but it still does not connect to the torus through the bridge, it reaches 2% and gets up, what can be? regular internet works fine in other cubes

Do you have correct time in sys-whonix?
Did you use the bridge from https://bridges.torproject.org?
Try to download the Tor Browser in some debian qube and check if the Tor will work there.
If you get it to work then use the same bridge from standalone Tor Browser in your sys-whonix and check the connection.

and how do I change the time in sys-whonix?

Yes, I use bridges from the tor project, they work on Windows in tor, obfs4

it was not possible to download the tor in the cube, it does not go to the official tor website, there is no connection

What’s the output of timedatectl in sys-whonix terminal?
Also you seem to have RTC in local timezone, this could be the problem.
Did you apply the Windows UTC fix? Did you fix the time in BIOS after this so you’ll have UTC time in BIOS?

Do you have network working in Qubes OS without Tor? E.g. in sys-firewall?
You can run this command in sys-whonix to see the logs:

sudo journalctl -f -n0

And restart tor. Check the logs, maybe there will be some related info.
Or check the log file in sys-whonix → Tor control panel → Logs tab.

Also you can try to create a topic in Whonix forum, maybe you’ll someone there will be able to suggest something more:
