Change Clock 24 Hour To 12 Hour With The Date Listed

Having issues changing to 12 hour time…

When I hit help button it ask me where my browser is…

I used find application finder to find command
qvm-run -q -a --service --work qubes.Startapp+firefox

Placed command in Preferred Applications default applications.

Now when i hit help button it opens web browser but no help page…

Do I have to reinstall Qubes and not forget to set this if I really want the date ?

Does the help button only open your browser to find your own documentation ?

Theres no documentation on qubes documentation site on clocks but theres a forum post on syncing clocks and stuff.

Alot of people mention you just have to follow fedora guides, that said do i apply the commands in dom0 ? To set Clock to 12 Hour AMPM …

If you just right-click on the current Clock, and in the popup that appears, select Properties… don’t you have the option to change both the Clock format and “Date and Time” format?

  1. Right-click on the time.
  2. Click “Properties.”
  3. Enter these settings:
    Timezone: <enter your timezone here>
    Layout: Digital
    Tooltip format: Custom Format
    %A, %B %d, %Y%n%T %Z (%z)
    Format: Custom Format
    <small>%I:%M %p%n%F</small>

Now you’ll have a 12-hour clock with the ISO date underneath. When you hover over it, you’ll have the long-form date followed by the 24-hour clock time and timezone.
