Can't remove `fedora-38` because it is the template for `default-mgmt-dvm`, except there is no qube `default-mgmt-dvm`

What’s going on? How do I fix this? I can’t find any reference to default-mgmt-dvm in the global settings

You can change default-mgmt-dvm template using Qubes Template Switcher GUI tool.

default-mgmt-dvm might be a “hidden” qube, since it’s the one that intermediates between a template that is updating, and the internet.

That would explain why you can’t find it. (Personally I wish they wouldn’t do that.)
