Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with tor not updating

I try to update whonix’s tor browser with whonix-workstation-17 → tor browser downloader
but it prints me an error of www.torproject.org coulnd not be reached etc.

I think it’s because my template is not connected to the internet?
But that’s the way it says on whonix docs: " Do not run Tor Browser Downloader by Whonix inside the Disposable Template (whonix-workstation-17-dvm)! It should only be run in the Template (whonix-workstation-17)"
