Cannot attach pci device

My audio Qube used to have attached pci devices in 4.2 recently switched to 4.3 and this qube stopped starting. When trying to create new qube and using permissive mode it just doesn’t work
I used
qvm-pci attach audio-vm dom0:00_08.1-00_00.5 -o permissive=true

Error: pci devices cannot be attached manually did you mean qvm pci assign --required …

Device is ThinkPad t16 gen 2 amd

Use qvm-pci assign --required instead of qvm-pci attach as suggested by the error message.

Success but starting vm lead to kernel panic
