I’ve tried different USBs for both the install disc and the destination USB. Boot is 8gb and desination is 32gb. I get "error checking storage configuration and “New LV is too large too fit into free space”. I click the latter message and it either restarts or gives me an error.

Hi, I’m having trouble install Qubes to a USB. Qubes is failing to save the configuration to my USB and hence the installation will proceed no further. I’ve tried at least four different USBs made by either SanDisk or Kingston, they are all 32Gb USBs. I tried using USBs which had various formats including FAT32 and NTFS. I also used a USB without any partition at all with the same results. I don’t suppose you have any idea as to why Qubes won’t work?

I have an AMD machine without proper SATA connection, on which I’d like to do some tests, so I’m trying to install to a 32GB USB stick (from another 4.1rc3 install stick).
Once I select the target drive in the installer, the “installation summary” page claims “Error checking storage configuration”.
