Can QUBES Replicate Multiple Phones with their own SIM Data plan?

I’m using multiple phones with their own data sims to access certain sites.

Can QUBES OS replicate this scenario?

The site can recognise multiple devices coming from a single wifi connection and this is what I want to avoid.

VPNs are not an option as the companies site can recognise them and instantly block them.

If you have separate WiFi devices, you should be able to do it. See here:

You can change the MAC address of the device, but AFAIK you cannot use the same device with two MAC addresses at the same time.

You should be able to use USB devices though.
