I would like to transfer text information such as installation codes from the disposable whonix template to another cube, but due to the disposable specifications, I cannot copy and paste it to a blank file, or I cannot convert the text information into a PDF and save it to the file manager. Can I transfer text information such as installation codes to other cubes from the disposable whonix template?
I don’t understand what you mean here? Using a disposable qube, I’m able to open a terminal to start another program or to open the file manager.
Have you tried the global clipboard (also called inter-qube clipboard) ?

Yes. By global clipboard.
Or you could save to file in disposable and then use standard copy/move to another qube right click menu on file.
PS: you could open file manager in a same numeric disposable as your browser no problem

The template should only be used to install software in it, or make some changes.
You may have a valid use case to pull information from the template to send it somewhere else, but high chance you are mixing things up so I prefer to remind about it just in case
