I remember mentions of Fedora providing a broader hardware support than say, Debian at any point in time.
I didn’t search specifically for that, so I’m sure it will show up in one of the main conversations on the topic if you do… IIRC it might have been in the corresponding “why not using ” issue in GitHub.
