I followed every step on the Bisq site’s Qubes setup guide. Now when I go to execute the Bisq file in the bisq-vm terminal, I get the following lines in the terminal:
(File path & name): line 1: syntax error near unexpected token ‘new line’
(File path & name): line 1: ‘!< arch >’
I have substituted the file name and path in parenthesis. I also added full user permissions via chmod to the Bisq file.
That’s a funny but serious mistake you just did. There are many cyber criminals who would never have been caught until they made that kind of mistake you just did where they signed in with a different ID by accident.
And one of the main selling points of qubes os is to compartmentalize different identities and make those kind of mistakes more difficult to do.
I don’t follow, I’m not committing any cyber crimes with either account or in general. And I’m not using Qubes to access this site. Can you identify what might be happening with the bisq vm?
