BTW, the other day I installed qubes-app-shutdown-idle package in a debian-11-minimal template. Unfortunately in its AppVMs the “Shutdown when idle…” checkbox is grayed out and this time neither rebooting, nor forcefully running update (for all VMs, including dom0) helps.
