How can I check if Fedora packages are cached by cacher?
I install nautilus in fedora36/37-minimal, shut down template, start template, remove nautilus, shut down template, start template, install nautilus again and the speed of “downloading” package(s) is the same (slow because cacher's netVM is sys-whonix, that’s how I notice), not instant the second time.
Cacher is used, this is checked because it is invoked when shut down. Also, http://HTTPS/// repos wouldn’t work.
It’s the same if I install it in one template, shut it down, then install it in another fedora-minimal template
