Apt-cacher-ng and debian-12 testing

Apt-cacher-ng in debian-12-minimal does't work with onion repos

Thank for sharing your experience. I had the same trouble. https://forum.qubes-os.org/t/apt-cacher-ng-and-debian-12-testing/14266 I can confirm that installing apt-cacher-ng with version 3.6.4-1 solved this issue for me. This is the same version debian bullseye uses.
