An error occurred in whonix with {zsh:permission denied :sudo} and software cannot be installed

Hello everyone.
When I enter the code in the whonix template, such as
{sudo apt install software} and try to insert the software, it says {zsh:permission denied :sudo}, which causes an error and does not install it.
The software contains the name of the real software. Do you know the appropriate solution to this error code?
By the way, I used another thread to enter the command {qvm-run -u sysmaint TEMPLATENAME xterm}, but I got an error saying {zsh:permission denied :qvm-run}.
