Specifically, AMD systems should have representation in a preferred hardware list (which already exists for Intel) and the hardware donation section and also be visible in the testing regimen. But this is not enough.
Qubes should push back against the Trail of Bits assessment in a public statement. IMO, it should follow the rationale that the features Qubes uses at the virtualization level are no longer new or unusual.
