Accidentally Deleted /etc/qubes/backup

When creating a backup, I inadvertently decided to store my backup settings. In a foolish attempt to correct this, I deleted the directory at /etc/qubes/backup on dom0. Now, I am unable to create a new Qubes backup. I’ve tried recreating the directory, and also creating an empty file at /etc/qubes/backup/qubes-manager-backup.conf, and neither seem to help.

How should I resolve this? I have no Qubes backups currently… :grimacing:

Thanks!

Recreating the an empty directory at /etc/qubes/backup turned out to be correct, but it requires modification settings: 770 and ownership root:qubes.
