Thank you @trounces for bringing this to my attention. I might have mistakenly assumed that the machines presence on the “developer tested” page indicates it would fulfill the criteria for the community-recommended list. I also realize that this machine / CPU combo does indeed only have one HCL report as the one reported by Berne Campbell actually uses another CPU.
Removing it from the list. Thank you again for catching this and sincere apologies to anyone who might have been mislead by this mistake!
