It’s very hard to help you, because you do not provide enough details about your setup. Which laptop/desktop are you using? What error exactly do you get?
Their website and servers are shot! If you have downloaded the torrent… there are lots of other problems. Torrents have to be certified by Sparky from Torlock so that insignificant n-word don’t mess with you.
Another option is an i2p bro that keeps an eye on the torrent but they are not that generous with info. Here are the latest for Qubes download:
