30-qubesctl-salt policy after upgrade ro 4.2

After in place upgrade to 4.2 my Qubes OS Global Config shows that I have custom policy changes in 30-qubesctl-salt and they can overwrite policies made using the tool. Should I delete that file?

The file header states that it is:

# DO NOT EDIT: automatically generated file
# This file is managed by qubesctl tool

Yes you can. I did.
For my case the rules was not relevant anymore.

You can review those rules, but I think you can safely remove this file.
Especially now that update on 4.2 no longer uses qubesctl to update templates.
